Location- Newton-le-Willows is a village and civil parish in the Richmondshire district of North Yorkshire, England, 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Bedale. Historically it forms part of the North Riding of Yorkshire and the Wapentake of Hang East. Newton-le-Willows used to have a station on the Wensleydale Railway. The station opened in 1856 with the extension of the Bedale line to Leyburn. In 1877 the station was renamed Jervaulx to avoid confusion with the other Newton-le-Willows station near St Helens. All stations on the line closed in 1954, but Jervaulx was used beyond its closing date to transport students on field trips to and from Aysgarth School. While the Wensleydale Railway reopened as the Heritage Railway, the station remained closed. Aysgarth School is an internal preparatory school located 0.5 miles (0.8 km) southwest of the village. Founded in 1877, it was originally based near Aysgarth but moved to its current location in 1890.

Broadband availability and projected speed:received from Ofcom on 8 September 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned indicating the speed of the connection. Each metric is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that provide download speeds. Below are the different metrics we can display:
Basic:Up to 30Mbps
Super fast:Between 30 Mbps and 300 Mbps
Ultraschnell:More than 300 Mbps
Data is updated three times a year. Tester results are predictions and should not be taken for granted. For more information, see:https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Cellular signal availability and projected strength:received from Ofcom on 8 September 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Forecasts may vary significantly from actual coverage due to local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested actual coverage at various locations across the UK to ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The displayed values for a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear:No bars, no signal prediction
Rot:One slash, unlikely reliable signal
Bernstein:Connection problems can occur with two beams
Verde:Three bars probably have good coverage and receive data rate to support basic web services
Advanced:Full bars are likely to have good indoor coverage and get an improved data rate to support multimedia services
Energy performance data and inner surface:Obtained 4 May 2012 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or from Home Report if the property is residential in Scotland.
