Stealth is one of the glaring holes in a paladin's toolbox. The archetypal paladin focuses on Strength and neglects Dexterity. They also tend to wear the heaviest armor available to help them fight on the front lines. As a result, many paladins have a low stealth bonus and debuff.
Most D&D 5e campaigns involve at least some infiltration. The character should have some chance to sneak into the area without betraying their team. The Elf Cloak gives you an advantage on Stealth checks. At worst, this mitigates paladins' biggest problem with Stealth. At his best, he can become a surprisingly cunning paladin.
14 blast horn

12 robe star
Very Rare, Dungeon Master's Guide pg. 194
Robe of Stars complements the paladin's abilities and corrects one of his weaknesses. His most consistent trait is that he grants +1 to all saving throws. Paladins already have excellent saves thanks to their Aura of Protection ability. The +1 extra makes them even more difficult if they fail a saving throw.
Additionally, the Star Cloak allows the user to disappear into the astral dimension. This is less useful. However, it can still enable escape, help evade detection, and has many other uses. It also allows the holder to cast Magic Missiles at high level 1d6 times per day. Paladins don't have many ranged options. The star cloak makes them a threat beyond hand-to-hand combat, along with other traits.

Paladins rarely sit at the back of the party. They often fight face-to-face with melee enemies. This causes them to take a lot of hits. However, paladins cannot focus on their Constitution as well as a barbarian or warrior. They must juggle to increase their Strength and Charisma. As a result, your life points may suffer.

Each hit with it deals an additional 1d8 radiant damage to enemies. This stacks with the paladin's Divine Smite and Enhanced Divine Smite traits, making it a powerful damaging tool.
Additionally, Devoted Incense can heal. As a bonus action, unleash an incense cloud that spreads 10 feet and lasts for one minute. Each turn, the paladin can heal himself and his allies for 1d4 life points if they are in a cloud. This is invaluable both in and out of combat. Few magic items reflect the dual role of a paladin: damage and support.
6 Admirer's amulet

Paladins aren't just melee powerhouses. They are just as good wizards as a ranger or craftsman. Paladins are medium wizards with a few unique spells of their own. They also have Channel Divinity to enhance their magical powers. The Amulet of the Devoted completes this side of the paladin's identity, increasing his spell attack bonus and saving throw DC.
Paladins do not benefit from spell attack bonuses as often as other classes. However, his unique shock spells and Channel Divinity effects use his saving throw DC.
